Cancellation Policy & Security Deposit
The security deposit for the villa is 20% of the entire rental cost. It will
be applied toward the total of your rental. Full balance must be paid within 30 days of your arrival. If
paying with cash - $500 in cash will need to be held and returned upon inspection of the unit. Security Deposit
agreement and Rental Contract must be signed and received within 24 hours of arrival. Cancellations more
than 30 days to arrival receive full refund. Cancellations within 30 days to arrival
are refunded rental cost minus deposit. Cancellations within 14 days recieve no refunds.
Prices above excludes State and Local taxes, Lake County 11%, Polk County, 12%, and Osceola County 13%.
